Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.
Job Summary: Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for initiate strategic marketing plan for international business, branding management and marketing tools of exporting nutrition products to develop and enhance the business growth and brand recognition in territories. Analyze, identify, explore and expand the market of medical food products and business portfolio. Cooperate with local PMMs/Sales in exporting territories for building up the KOL, HCP network, prescriber and end users, co-creating the education, marketing activities, sales promotion to support the sales and strengthen the team’s achievement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Explore and expand the international market for medical food products to enhancing the business growth.
- Initiate strategic marketing plan for international business, branding management, marketing tools and sales promotion scheme for products to expand the business and implement effectively to achieve sales in exporting territories.
- Work closely with international distributors in sales/marketing functional management for expansion of distribution channels, customer coverage and sales achievement.
- Build up and develop the key advocacy medical professional in the territories for strengthen the HCP and users to support the products and business goal.
- Develop marketing communication tools (scientific materials, promotional materials, social media advertisement) & activities for building up product awareness and brand recognition.
- Analyze the market and sales as well as explore the opportunity with the distributors / customers for business growth and success in exporting territories.
- Compile multi-marketing information & competitor data in territories periodically for monitoring and analysis the market and feasibility of products. Able to adjustable the implement plan if any condition in face.
- Communicate and cooperate with sales/product manager in territories for market intelligence survey, product training, scientific information be related to products, marketing activities, sales planning, etc. and implement the action for the business goal success in territories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science or related field. Master’s degree in MBA or Marketing is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years’ experiences in Medical food and Clinical Nutrition fields. Having experience in international market (CLMV) of pharmaceutical business will be advantage.
- Good command in English of reading, speaking, listening and writing (TOEIC >700)
- Proactive with strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good problem solving and able to demonstrate strategic marketing.
- Work with cross culture in Asia, conference meeting and travel abroad in Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam.
- Fluent English communications, presentation, and coordination with team.
