The pharmaceutical company with our business includes manufacturing, trading, import and export of nutrition and pharmaceutical products. Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.
Job Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media activities to increase brand awareness and engagement with guidance from a 3rd party Marketing Agency. Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Schedule, post and monitor content across platforms. Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Content Creation: Plan, create, and post engaging content that resonates with the target audience. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute new campaigns. Write clear, compelling copy for social posts, emails, and other marketing materials.
- Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for social media, website banners, email marketing, and print materials. Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines. Edit photos, create promotional videos, and design marketing collateral as needed
- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with external vendors for printing and promotional material production when necessary.
- CRM Management: Internal cooperation with marketing team to set the project or event that related direct and attractive to end users included online-shop on marketplace. Manage online-CRM program and internal-cooperate to team’s CRM program and event.
- Administrative Support: Monitor budget and track expenses. Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows. Maintain a content calendar for marketing activities. Performs other accounting duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing Communications or related field.
- Experience at least 2 years in Corporate Communication, Social Media Management and Graphic Design.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Good presentation and communication.
- Enthusiasm, Creative, Can-Do attitude, Service mind.
- Computer literate in MS Office, Statistic, Graphic & Multimedia (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- High ability to work under pressure with flexibility and open minded.
