Team Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative jobs and support the sales & marketing team to facilitate the efficient operations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to Sales and Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling incoming inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Supporting event planning and coordination
  • Support full administrative services to head of department, OTC marketing and sales team
  • Coordinating internal and external, ensure all aspects of the administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage stock inventory, work with sales & marketing team to support the preparing promotion set for each sales areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizing and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
