Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation of facility machine 
• Production process development work to increase the capability of the production process (Process Performance). 
• Work on studying and improving the production process to increase the effectiveness of the production process (Quality rate).
• Planning and controlling the budget of the production process development department to meet company goals and policies.
• Planning and coordination with relevant departments to provide annual training and review of machine use.
• Supervision of employees in the production process development department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, Mechatronics or a related.
• At least 2 years of experience planning maintenance for industrial machinery.
• Develop and Improve production process in production line for effective performance.
• Analyze prevent find solution to solve problems in production process 1-2 year.
• Have experience in the engineering field in a pharmaceutical factory or food business, this will be an advantage.
• Experience in repairing, preventive maintenance, and installing factory or facility machinery.
• Experience in planning, controlling budgets and supervise employees.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in QCC (Quality Control Circle), Kaizen, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
• Passed training and/or Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO14001, HALAL Food Safety & Quality Management Systems.
• Computer literacy of Microsoft office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and Autocad.
• Strong leadership skill, organizing abilities and inter personal skill and teamwork.
• Able to work at Kratumbaen, Samut Sakhon.
