Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation of utility machines.
• Responsible for the supervision, repair, and preventive maintenance of utility machines, including both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Planning and preparing utility systems to ensure machine availability, performance efficiency, and quality rate.
• Planning and controlling the budget of the Utility section to align with the department’s goals and company policy.
• Supervision of employees in the Utility section.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or a related.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of engineering or maintenance.
• Have experience in the engineering field in a pharmaceutical factory or food business, this will be an advantage.
• Experience in repairing, preventive maintenance, and installing factory or utility machinery.
• Experience in planning and preparing utility systems for use in production.
• Experience in planning, controlling budgets and supervise employees.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Passed training and/or Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO14001, HALAL Food Safety & Quality Management Systems.
• Computer literacy of Microsoft office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and SAP systems. (Basic)
• Strong leadership skill, organizing abilities and inter personal skill and teamwork.
• Able to work as a team and work well under pressure.
• Good communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
• Able to work at Kratumbaen, Samut Sakhon.
