The pharmaceutical company with our business includes manufacturing, trading, import and export of nutrition and pharmaceutical products. Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors as necessary, coordinates the compliance activities to ensure that the businesses in company are conducted in compliance with policies and procedures, laws, regulations and Code of Practice.
- Coordinate with Compliance Department and other relevant departments from Japan head quarter regarding compliance matters. Develop and implement a compliance training plan and report both of on schedule and special event to management and Japan head quarter
- Monitor and perform of the compliance program and related activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate step to improve its effectiveness.
- Works with the Department as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program. Create and deliver compliance education (Training and Awareness) to new employees as well as current employees and vendors.
- Draft and implement the policies, SOP (standard operating procedure) or announcement relating to compliance.
- Check the company promotional materials to ensure that they comply with the laws, regulations and company’s compliance.
- Coordinate with Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers Association (PReMA) and attend the periodic meeting with PReMA.
- Support Legal and Compliance administrative process (Whistle Blowing, PDPA)
- Other job duties that may be assigned at any time as business needs require.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Law with Thai Lawyer License or Barrister-at-law
- Experiences 3 years in the Compliance field, or familiar with compliance field in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences or consumer companies will be advantage. Background in Regulation, Compliance, Audit or Law would be advantage
- Strong collaborative skills to leading and working in a multi-layers, cross functional environment
- Good communication and presentation skills, including ability to interface with manager management
- High responsibility with “Can Do” attitude, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
- Good command in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Power Point
