Hybrid Area: BKK & UPC    2   positions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer development strategy, dedicated key account action plans for assigned accounts, aligns on account objectives, and implements.
  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. 
  • Create and expand the appropriate relationships with concerned key persons of tender/e-bidding to create advocacy and to understand information.
  • Develop good relationships with concerned key persons of tender/e-bidding in the appropriate performance by scientific/educational projects and activities.
  • Create the gatekeeper with scientific information. Develop scientific or educational projects or activities to make clear understanding of products’ benefits to the key persons.
  • Develop speaker program that benefit to tender/e-bidding area to spread the beneficial information. Properly and effectively deliver differentiated products’ benefit and property that can overcome the competitors to key persons.
  • Handle tasks that related to tender/e-bidding to maintain or acquire more coverage of Enteral products.
  • Cooperate with sale team to reach sale team target and help solving the tender/e-bidding issues.
  • Other job duties that may be assigned at any time as business needs require.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmaceutical Science, Health Science and other related field.
  • Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in sales of Pharmaceutical industry (Portfolio in Clinical Nutrition/Medical Food is advantage)
  • Having knowledge of Tender/E-bidding process in Hospitals (Clinical nutrition is advantage) or government procurement.
  • Processing excellent knowledge in product specification
  • Growth mindset and can-do attitude. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals 
  • Competent in establishing strong and sustainable relationship with key customers.
  • Able to work and travel both Bangkok and upcountry
